One purchase, one project

Unless your product description or written quote says otherwise, each purchase includes a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the files for one personal or commercial end project. You may build that project for yourself or one client. A client may receive the files needed to maintain that finished project, subject to these terms.

Collections and design assets

A collection gives you one project licence for each included website theme or landing page. Included design assets and business templates may be used within those licensed projects and the operation of the purchasing studio. Buy another licence if you want to use the same website theme for another independent end project.

You can

Edit the source, change the colours and typography, replace imagery, integrate your own services, and publish the completed site. You can use supplied original design assets as part of the permitted finished project. You do not need to display an HLK credit unless a separate third-party licence specifically requires it.

You cannot

Share, sell, sublicense or redistribute our source files, modified template files, download links or asset packs as standalone products. Do not upload them to a public template library or offer them as a competing website builder or stock collection. You may not claim authorship of the unmodified original product.

Third-party material

Separate open-source and third-party licences remain in force. Review any included attribution file. Preview mockup imagery may not be included in the downloadable product; the file list describes included assets. You must obtain permission for photographs, fonts, logos or other content you add.

Custom projects

The accepted custom-project quote determines the licence or assignment for custom deliverables. Existing third-party software and our pre-existing tools retain their separate licences.

Your rights

This licence does not limit your statutory consumer rights. If a term is unclear for your project, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm what is permitted.
