Who looks after your information

Information we collect

We collect your email address when you create an account, and the information you choose to include in a project enquiry. When you purchase, we keep the product, price, order status, delivery records and your request for immediate digital delivery. Security records may include your IP address, browser details and sign-in times.

MegaShopPro provides hosted checkout through its payment partners. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or security code. Resend delivers account verification and order emails.

How and why we use it

We use account and order information to perform our contract with you: verify your email, process purchases, deliver files, provide receipts and respond to support requests. We process billing records where required by tax and accounting law. We use proportionate security and fraud-prevention records for our legitimate interests in keeping the service safe. Information sent before a custom project is used to respond to your request and take steps towards a contract.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your account email for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses essential session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. It does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. You can remove cookies in your browser; doing so may sign you out. External payment pages may use their own cookies, explained in their notices.

Service providers and transfers

Our hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the service. Resend processes recipients and email content. MegaShopPro and its payment partners process transactions and may act as independent controllers for some activities. If information is transferred outside the UK, the relevant provider must have an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can contact us for details of the providers used for your order.

How long we keep information

We keep account information while you use your account and order information for the period needed to provide downloads and meet legal obligations. Financial records may need to be retained for up to six years, depending on the seller’s legal obligations. Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed after twelve months. Security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary; expired verification records and operational logs are subject to routine deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, or restrict or object to certain processing. Where applicable, you can request a portable copy. Some records must be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Contact us using the details above; we will verify your identity and normally respond within one month.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would welcome the chance to resolve your concern first.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when our practices change. Material changes that affect an existing account will be communicated where required.
